Please read the following before requesting samples.

We are known for our quality products and low everyday prices. We can ship some product samples free of charge, however, some of our products fall into expensive freight classes and/or are shipped direct from our manufacturers. For those samples, we are charged a sample processing fee. If the sample you request falls into this category you will be directed to this page and may be asked to pay the shipping costs only for those samples.

We are typically charged 7-10 days after a sample request from either our manufacturers or shipping carriers for samples. We require that you authorize a small credit card hold based on your destination zip code. Please Note: You will only be charged the actual shipping charge or fee if the sample(s) you request falls into this category. Some sample items ship free and any authorization in place on your card will be cancelled.

Sample products with an SKU# starting with a letter will not ship until authorization is completed.

Sample products with an SKU# starting with a number do not require any authorization or fee's.

A majority of items that GBE stocks can be sampled; some exceptions are single rolls of machine stretch, pallet covers, insulated boxes, chipboard, gaylords and lids.
