GBE Packaging is a volume distributor. We do not charge a minimum order fee or require your order to exceed a set price. Order 1 case or 1000 cases our website will offer you the lowest price.
Large Orders
We have eliminated our 5 tier price rates. You should not have to buy 20 cases to get the lowest price. We give you the lowest price for 1 case or 1000 cases on our website 24/7 and our shipping calculator includes live shipping quotes from ground carriers, local freight and several LTL shippers. Easy order allows you to add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in the GBE Packaging stock numbers from your catalog or website. Click "Go" and the product will be added to your shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount.

Cancelling Orders
Orders are sent directly to our shipping department and are pulled for staging almost immediately. Please check your order carefully before placing it. Once order is placed you may be responsible for any shipping, return, and restocking fee's if cancelled.
All orders must be cancelled in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Note: There is a 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.
Purchase Order Numbers
Can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.
Requesting an Invoice
Can I get an invoice when I order online?
There is a menu option for invoices in your Profile section. Just go to your order history in the account management section. We will also e-mail you a copy of your invoice upon request.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect Wisconsin sales tax from customers who reside or take possession of our products in the state of Wisconsin.
In the past we paid local taxes on most orders. Effective 1/27/2012 GBE Packaging will no longer pay sales tax for our Wisconsin customers due to wholesale price increases and a rapidly growing customer base.
Unless you are tax exempt and have informed us and faxed us your S-211 exempt tax form available below to the following fax number: 414-921-1593 you will automatically be assigned a price class to include the current Wisconsin Sales Tax or billed later for sales and use tax not collected by our shopping cart. Contact us if you should be taxed and are not.
Once you login your product pricing will include sales tax for Wisconsin residents only. We will continue to pay the sales tax on all shipping and any extra fee's. Please do not create new accounts to avoid sales tax.
If you are located in any other state, you are responsible for any/additional applicable sales and/or use tax due your state or the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
If you are tax exempt, please submit your certificate for our files.

How do I request a sample?
All sample requests should be sent to gbepackaging@wi.rr.com Please include: GBE part number and description and the shipping address. Samples that are cased and need to be requested from vendors do require a 3-5 day lead time. A majority of items that GBE stocks can be sampled; some exceptions are single rolls of machine stretch film, pallet covers, Gaylord Boxes and Lids. GBE will not sample more than one of any item; customers are restricted to three sample requests per week. If you require more than one sample per item, we request that you purchase the minimum of that item. In order to assist in covering costs related to samples: 1.) customer service placing order 2.) warehouse pulling order 3.) warehouse prepping order for shipment. Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call 1-877-221-5199 or E-mail us and tell us what you need to return and why. Please include your order number, phone, and e-mail address and we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions.
Please do not return product without a return authorization number.
Please return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from GBE Packaging cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, refunds for these items are not allowed after that time. No Exceptions. All returned items must be unopened and delivered to GBE in unused resalable condition. All items returned to GBE Packaging must be clearly marked with the return authorization number provided to you by customer service. Items returned without a return authorization number will be denied for refund. No Exceptions. Please do not write or place any markings on the items being returned. Any visible writing or markings found on returned goods will result in an unsellable item and will result in denial of refund.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.
Shortage or Damaged Merchandise
All claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No Exceptions. All customers that choose to ship products from GBE Packaging utilizing their own Carrier Acounts (UPS,FEDEX or Common Carrier) are responsible to contact their respective carriers in order to file for damage or shortage claims. GBE Packaging is not responsible for any damage or shortage claims when products are not shipped on a GBE Packaging Carrier Account. Customer specific Carrier Accounts will not provide information for 3rd parties to unauthorized personnel.

Rush Shipments/Special Instructions
We attempt to ship all orders the same day. We cannot guarantee Same Day Shipping so if you need your order by a certain date guaranteed Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. We will promptly take care of your needs.
UPS / Fed Ex Shipping
How do I know if my order will ship UPS or Fed Ex?
We search for the lowest shipping cost for each order. You will have the option to choose which shipping company will transport your order. We do not add any fee's or extra charges to any part of your order. You are billed only the amount UPS, Fed Ex or third party freight lines charges us. UPS, Fed Ex or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS or Fed Ex size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
Additional Shipping Charges
On some orders the shipping calculator may be incorrect. GBE Packaging reserves the right to bill customer any additional shipping charges, state taxes or federal taxes to your credit card and issue you an invoice showing the additional shipping charges.
